Flow for Coaching Week: Connect and Relax

Embody Presence with Self and Other
Practice with ease in this gentle movement and mirroring practice. In order to be in the present moment with others, we have to learn to be deeply present with ourselves. This practice will include an individual movement and breath practice, and a short partner activity with no verbal exchange. 

We will mostly be seated or standing for gentle movement and breath practices, with an option for resting on the floor or seated integration time at the end of class. Wear comfortable clothing. All the props we need are at the studio, so no need to bring anything special. No prior yoga experience necessary. 

Your instructor: Alison (Ali) Zuba, C-IAYT, E-RYT, YACEP, MBA
As an experienced yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist, Ali has dedicated many years to the study and practice of yoga. She teaches locally in Madison, surrounding areas, and online. In 2022, she completed an internationally known accredited yoga therapy program, and is an active mentor and teacher for yoga teachers and students in the community. Ali also holds a MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
