Colin Mcilheney is one of the leading research specialists of his generation. Born in North Belfast , Northern Ireland he won the prestigious Thouron Academic scholarship to the University of Pennsylvania . He also was awarded an MSc in Research Methods and Statistics at Jesus College, Oxford.
