Trust, Commitment & Accountability with Laura Dolnik, PCC

This presentation offers frameworks to fellow coaches for helping clients improve relationships in work and in life. The content illustrates three specific frameworks that Laura has learned through leadership development practice and through her coaching education with Newfield Network. Laura won't only share ‘what’ these frameworks are about, Laura will move to ‘how’ to apply practical use of them in helping clients assesses their situations (create awareness) in order to shift to building self and social awareness to improve trust, commitment, accountability, as well as other areas of relationships (design actions). Laura has built in reflective exercises and discussions that mirror what coaches can use with clients (communicating with clients).

Ultimately, Laura will share some of the ways to use these frameworks to help clients so that coaches attending the session may see opportunities to use some of her approaches with their own clients.

Participants will earn 1.5 Core Competency CCEUs for attending this webinar.
