Coaching Presence is the foundational core competency of effective coaching. A coach’s presence opens trust and intimacy, allows for levels of listening beyond words, opens the door to our intuition and powerful questions - allowing the client to feel safe and supported enough to gain insight or a new perspective. From here, something new is possible. In this webinar Sharon Barbour and Toral Livingston-Jha will explore the nature of personal and relational presence as well as guide participants through presence cultivating/deepening exercises.
Participants will earn 1 Core Competency CCEUs for attending this webinar.
