Nicole Pulito is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Talent Management Consultant and Executive Coach. Her past career has included 20+ years as a coach and consultant at various Talent Strategy Consulting firms. During this time, she worked with her clients to define, measure and develop organizational talent. In 2014, Nicole started Gulan Pulito Coaching & Consulting where she focuses on helping individuals, team and organizations be the best they can be.

Laura is an Executive Coach and Organization Development Consultant. Over her 20+ year career, she has consistently helped her clients move quickly to clarify goals and create plans for accountability and goal attainment. She is accomplished at assisting clients (individuals and teams) in advancing their capabilities through self-discovery, development, and the practice of new behaviors. Her clients realize sustainable, transformational change both personally and professionally. Laura formed The Dolnik Group, LLC in April of 2018.
