About this event
Get answers to your conflict and difficult people problems by submitting (anonymously) your problem or situation to our
private survey site. Several problems will be selected for blind analysis during the time of the program by ICF WI professionals in small groups. Each small group will provide solutions to the case study (problem) assigned to them, and the presenter will provide strategies and tools for addressing conflict and difficult people problems.
Objectives:
1. Know how and when to deal with performance problems, and clarify expectations.
2. Identify what needs to be done, and take appropriate action.
3. Work more cooperatively with others to make change occur.
4. Address the fear connected with addressing performance problems.
