Our Brains & Change: Using Neuroscience to Create Better Change Outcomes
Learners receive a practical approach to work through resistance to change that is grounded in neuroscience. Coaches can use this knowledge themselves and/or share this approach with their clients to support them in navigating change or when leading others, addressing the emotional side of change resistance with greater ease and confidence.
1. Identify and leverage strengths as the change expert each participant already is.
2. Learn specific neuroscience concepts related to change resistance and how to use these to create better outcomes.
3. Understand three of the most common tough questions asked in response to new changes and how to address these with greater compassion and confidence.
Participants will earn 1 Core
Competency
and .5 Resource Development CCEs for attending this program.
