We hope you will join us for the 2021 ICF Wisconsin Annual Member’s Meeting on October 21. Per member requests, we are featuring a speaker for the first time. We invite you to join us and hear from Cathy Mott, MCC who will discuss Authentic Leadership through the Lens of DE&I.
Authentic Leadership is an approach to leadership that emphasizes building legitimacy through openness, integrity, and honesty. 2020 was a year that forced many leaders and organizations to come face to face with themselves through the lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
While organizations felt the need to journey towards creating a better culture, many of their leaders had not taken the journey within to honestly evaluate their values, beliefs, and behaviors around DE&I. How could they authentically lead such initiatives without having a safe space for self-discovery, Intentionality, and transformation?
That's where we as coaches come in. Join us to learn what this is all about and how we can help our clients, by helping ourselves along the way. Participants will earn 1.5 Core Competency CCEs for attending.
Come and get to know some of your fellow coaches, hear about what we’ve been doing in 2021, and meet the 2022 Executive Committee.
