Mindfulness: Your Coaching Superpower with Gina Paigen, PCC, CPCC, CNTC

As we seek to navigate these turbulent times, Mindfulness, the centuries-old practice of bringing focused awareness, presence and reflection offers a powerful set of tools and techniques that can assist along the way.

As coaches, Mindfulness helps strengthen our capacity to be fully present to our clients without assumption or judgment, to listen deeply, tap our intuition, bring empathy and compassion, build trust, and create a safe and courageous space for coach and client to speak truth from love.

An addition, as we share these practices with our clients, it allows them to become more:

·    Self-aware

·    Innovative and creative

·    Compassionate and collaborative

·    Resilient

·    Motivated, engaged and action-oriented

In this experiential and interactive program, we will explore the fundamentals of Mindfulness; what it is, how it works, the benefits and outcomes, and how it can be both an essential tool in your coaching toolkit, and a powerful lifehack for managing through ambiguity, uncertainty and change.

We will practice tools and techniques for expanding Mindfulness and explore how to apply those methods in a variety of contexts.

The program is structured to be relevant to those who are new to Mindfulness concepts, as well as those who have been practicing for many years.

Mindfulness is a powerful tool for connecting us to the best of who we are and the gifts we bring. And right now, the world needs that from each one of us!

Objectives

  • Understand the concept of Mindfulness and the value it can bring, personally and professionally
  • Learn tools and techniques you can begin using immediately that will jump start (or expand) your Mindfulness practice
