Biography
Dr. James (Jim) Rink coaches rising leaders in traditional industries who want to strengthen their leadership capability and navigate complex organizational environments. Drawing on more than 35 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, technology, and global operations, Jim helps professionals gain clarity, build confidence, and lead more effectively in demanding technical and operational settings.
Jim is the owner and managing partner of Integrity 360 Leadership (i360L), a consulting and coaching practice focused on leadership development and organizational effectiveness. In his coaching work, Jim partners with clients to clarify goals, explore new perspectives, and develop the awareness and accountability needed for meaningful and sustainable leadership growth.
In addition to his coaching practice, Jim serves at the University of Wisconsin–Madison as Program Director for the Manufacturing Systems Engineering (MSE) online graduate program and Director of the Center for Quick Response Manufacturing (QRM). Through this work, he collaborates with engineers and technical professionals from industries including food and beverage, automotive, and aerospace, helping them develop the leadership and operational skills needed to advance their careers and strengthen their organizations.
Jim’s career includes more than three decades in leadership, technology, and change management roles within a Fortune 100 company, leading global teams across the United States, China, Europe, Mexico, and India.
