Summer is here—and with it, a season that invites us to slow down, soak up the sunshine, and maybe take that long-overdue vacation. Whether you’re relaxing by the lake, catching a sunset after a session, or simply giving yourself permission to pause—this time of year reminds us of the value of rest and renewal.

But as coaches, we know that curiosity never takes a holiday. Even in the quiet moments, we remain open, listening deeply, reflecting on how we can grow and how we can better serve our clients. Summer can be the perfect time to reconnect—not just with ourselves, but with our coaching community.

So I have a few questions for you:

What do you want out of your ICF membership?
What would deepen your sense of connection, growth, or purpose?
What would it feel like to get curious—not just in your sessions, but about how you could show up more fully in our community?
We’re currently looking for a few passionate members to step in and contribute—less than 5 hours a month, but with a big impact. We need:Connectors to help coaches meet other coaches.
Communicators to help us keep our social media presence alive and engaging.
Champions to help us reach out to local businesses and share the power of coaching.
