About this event
Coaches are increasingly asked to show up on camera. But many struggle to create a strong connection with their audience — whether it’s a single client on Zoom or thousands on YouTube. I’ll show participants how to set up their smartphone or webcam, including everyday office items, how to mentally show up, and how to choose the right format. Through a brief demo and small group practice, you’ll boost your on-camera confidence for client calls or larger online audiences.
Learning Objectives:
1. Determine if online video is an area to expend resources in 2025/26.
2. Compose a professional looking video shot.
3. Display confidence on camera.
Participants will earn 1.5 Resource Development CCEs for attending this program.
About our speaker:
Brighton West is a virtual videographer who specializes in helping professional coaches use online video in their practice. Brighton grew up with a 20 pound VHS "camcorder" and hasn't stopped making videos since. He's worked in narrative and documentary short film and web series. When he broke away to form his own business, he asked himself: who are the clients I want to spend my working hours with - and decided on coaches.
