Mark is the founder of the Embodied Facilitator Course, having trained over 2,000 embodiment coaches across 40+ countries (many of which still welcome him back). During the Ukraine conflict, he made two trips to the region and established saneukraine.org, a charity now run entirely by Ukrainian professionals. The organization offers trauma and embodiment training to therapists, trainers, and coaches. Despite battling alcoholism during his university years, Mark graduated with honors in psychology. His career spans extensive work in the corporate world, where he “played grown-up” for major blue-chip companies like Google, Unilever, Shell, AXA, and L’Oréal — often charging hefty fees in exchange for wearing a suit. Mark’s work centers on embodiment as a transformative approach to learning, leadership, and well-being. Through books, podcasts, courses, and humanitarian efforts, he has built a reputation as a thought leader in the field. His humorous, no-nonsense style, paired with deep psychological insight, makes his teaching accessible, relatable, and impactful. With a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and values, Mark remains a sought-after trainer, speaker, and advocate for embodied practices worldwide.
