Group Coaching (GC) is a logical and easy next step to capitalize on your skills as a coach to serve clients and create an additional revenue stream. Different and less complex than team coaching, GC is a synergistic peer learning experience. Its participants benefit from the collective wisdom and resources of the group, while at the same time experiencing accelerated momentum, progress and accountability.

• Key considerations for creating group synergy and connection

• How to design and facilitate impactful group coaching sessions

Additionally, participants will leave with a framework for designing and hosting their own group coaching sessions

Laura Gleisner, PCC, is the founder of Mindful Leadership and creator of the MPOWER™ Coaching Model. She is also a certified Enneagram coach and Reiki Master.  Currently, her favorite gig is serving as an instructor, curriculum designer and mentor coach for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Professional Coaching Program.
