If they do, their teams are diverse, and their stakeholders and customers demand them to speak their cultural language. This means, Intercultural competence is integral to our success before engaging, during delivery and after we close. This webinar addresses Cultural Intelligence (CQ) four components and how to use them through 7 cultural communication values as you coach.

This presentation is for new and experienced coaches and the content can be used in life coaching and in business/leadership/executive coaching.

Session objectives:

• Understand the 4 component and how they increase our CQ.

• Become acquainted with the 7 common cultural values across 10 cultural clusters and how to observe them in a coaching session.

• Develop a strategy for integrating cultural competence in a coaching approach to develop trust and intimacy, create awareness and ask powerful equations or simply managing progress and accountability.

Participants will earn 1 Core Competency and .5 Resource Development CCEs for attending this webinar.
