Biography
Lori coaches caring women who are sick of being hurt and dissatisfied in their relationships. She helps people transform the relationship they have with themselves, which changes how they relate to others. This leads to more meaningful connections that are satisfying and mutually rewarding.
She created the Redefining Love program, a semi-structured 90 day coaching experience, which works to open people to greater levels of love and provides missing skills so it becomes easy to connect more deeply with others from a place of confidence.
Lori is a trusted relationship guide with over 22 years of experience working as a mental health therapist and workshop instructor. She has a diverse background in several healing modalities such as yoga, meditation, and shamanism.
She is no stranger to the challenges of relationships. Lori has navigated the twists and turns of marriage with her spouse for 29 years. She also has three grown children who she adores.
Lori thrives in connection with others. She loves personal growth, spirituality, health, flowers and all of the outdoors.
