Biography
Dr. Culver is a holistic coach for maturing females.
I help women in their wisdom years combat chronic illness and restore optimal health with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual strategies. Nutrition and other modifiable lifestyle strategies are applied to enhance women’s health and happiness. Energetic practices in the healing arts (yoga, mindfulness, meditation) and life/soul purpose coaching are also prominent modalities within my private practice.
Services include virtual group coaching programs, individual coaching programs, workshops, retreats, and yoga classes (virtual and in person.)
