Terri’s experience ranges across leadership development, team building, strategic planning and change management. Her experience encompasses a variety of small businesses, dental practices and large nationwide organizations.
In addition to being co-owner of Dog Guard of Wisconsin, Terri serves as Vice President and Director of Practice Development for Stepping Stone Dental Partners.
Terri earned an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Madison College and Bachelor of Science in Health Service Management from Upper Iowa University. She also holds a certification in Leadership Development and is a certified administrator for PREP Personality Profiles. Terri is a member of the International Coaching Federation and currently studying at the University of Wisconsin Madison to earn her Professional Coaching Certification.
The famous quote from Maya Angelou, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel”, is the overriding philosophy behind all of Terri’s work. Her passion is helping others to define their vision and bring that vision to life.
